When your mind won't quiet down, Access Bars might be the thing that finally helps.

If you find yourself replaying conversations, struggling to switch off, or carrying a low-level sense of unease that nothing quite shifts - this is for you. Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on session that many people describe as the deepest mental rest they've had in years.

What is Access Bars?

Access Bars is a holistic healing practice that involves gently touching 32 specific points on your head. These points are understood to store the electromagnetic charge of all the thoughts, feelings, and emotions you've held over your lifetime. When they're lightly touched, that stored charge begins to release.

It's non-invasive, deeply relaxing, and you stay fully clothed throughout. Many people come in having no idea what to expect and leave wondering why they waited so long.

How do the bars work?

When the Bars are gently touched, your brain shifts from its usual alert, busy state into something slower and more receptive. That shift opens a window to long-held patterns, beliefs, and perspectives - things from childhood, or just from a really difficult few years - and allows them to start moving.

People often describe feeling more mentally clear and emotionally stable in the days that follow. Less reactive. A bit more themselves. It's subtle, and it's hard to explain until you've felt it.

What people notice after a session

Everyone's experience is different. These are some of the things clients come back and mention.

"My mind was finally quiet."

Most people walk out feeling like they've had the deepest sleep without actually sleeping. The mental chatter slows down. Some people notice it lasts for days.

"Things that used to set me off just... didn't."

A common thing people notice in the days after a session is that situations which usually trigger them feel different. Less charged. It's hard to explain until you experience it.

"I had space to actually think again."

When you're not running on mental overdrive, there's room for ideas, for spontaneity, for things that feel like you again.

"The same old loops started to loosen."

Access Bars can help shift thought patterns and beliefs you've been carrying so long you forgot they were there. It's not dramatic. It's quiet and gradual. And then one day you notice something's different.

What happens to the brain during an Access Bars session?

A neuroscientist measured brain activity before and after. The results were worth sharing.

What is it like to receive an Access Bars session?

Not sure what to expect? This gives you a feel for what the session is actually like.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Access Bars suitable for everyone?

Access Bars is generally suitable for most people. It's non-invasive and gentle, and it works for a wide range of ages and backgrounds. If you have any specific health concerns, it's always worth mentioning them before we start , but for most people, the biggest barrier is just not being sure what to expect, and that's what the session itself usually answers.

What conditions can Access Bars address?

People come to Access Bars for all kinds of reasons: stress, anxiety, sleep issues, a general sense of being stuck, relationship tension, difficulty concentrating, or just a feeling of emotional heaviness that hasn't lifted. It's not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment, but many people find it complements whatever else they're doing.

Results are individual and can vary, but the most common report is simply feeling noticeably calmer and more clear-headed after a session.

Do I need any special preparation before an Access Bars session?

Nothing specific. Wear comfortable clothing, drink water beforehand, and bring any questions you have. That's it. There's no particular mindset or belief required. You just need to be willing to lie still for an hour.

What can I expect during an Access Bars session?

You'll lie fully clothed on a treatment table. I'll lightly touch 32 specific points on your head - no pressure, no manipulation, just gentle contact. Each point corresponds to a different aspect of life, like joy, creativity, relationships, or money. My hands rest on each point for a few minutes at a time.

During the session, many people notice warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of relaxation. Some drift off to sleep. The whole thing is quiet and gentle, and I'll encourage you to let go of any expectations about what it should feel like. Afterward, most people describe feeling lighter, clearer, or simply more at ease. Those effects often continue to deepen over the following days.

What happens after an Access Bars session?

Drink plenty of water and give yourself a bit of time to settle rather than rushing straight into a busy afternoon if you can help it. You may notice things continuing to shift over the next few days . That's normal and part of the process.

How many sessions do I need to see results?

Some people notice a meaningful shift after just one session. Others find that coming regularly - monthly, or whenever they feel they need it - is what works best for them. There's no prescription. You're the best judge of what your body and mind are telling you.
